The Home Edition draws up to 980 watts and plugs into a standard 10 amp household socket. The Home Pro draws up to 2200 watts, uses a 15 amp socket and is recommended to be used on a 16 amp dedicated circuit.

Is there any plumbing required?

There is no external plumbing required. The Solace Ice Bath has a fully self-contained plumbing system. The tub can be filled up with any water source such as a garden hose.

What is the minimum temperature?

The Solace Ice Bath can reach as low as 3° C.

How often do I need to change the water?

The frequency of water changes depends on usage and maintenance. With the automated water filtration system, water can remain clean for extended periods. In residential settings, changes are typically needed every 1–3 months, while commercial settings may require more frequent changes to ensure optimal cleanliness.

How long does it take to get to the set temperature?

The Home Pro can cool water to 3°C in as little as 2 hours. The Home Edition cools to 7°C in around 6 hours and both models maintain your set temperature automatically.

How does it clean?

The Solace Ice Bath features an advanced maintenance system that keeps your water crystal clear with a combination of a 100-micron filter, UV light, and ozone technology. This powerful trio ensures superior water hygiene with minimal effort, so your ice bath is always ready to use.

What is the warranty?

The Solace Ice Bath comes with a 2-year warranty for residential use and a 1-year warranty for commercial use. This comprehensive coverage ensures peace of mind for all our customers.
